Many people hate this man, but some may choose to look at him as a hero.
Could a prediction market be used to fund a public good, where the public good is an underground-railroad to save Bourque from the cops who want him dead?

Probably not. The T-DAC idea doesn't interact well with private info / law enforcement. It works best with one provider, instead of many, because each provider must provide some unique info (ie, by telling J.B. to say something after he was safely somewhere else).

In fact, as PMs aggregate information, it would almost certainly be easier to use PMs to locate someone vs. hide them.
